Well, here it is: the 1st glimpse of Baby VanNostran #3!
I went to the doctor today (my 3rd visit since we found out) for an in-depth ultrasound and everything looks just perfect! I am 10 weeks, 2 days with a due date of August 16th. I will have a sceduled c-section probably around the beginning of August. We consulted with the high risk doctor that followed us with Caden before we got pregnant this time and he said that he would not let me go into labor and would like to take the baby around 38 weeks if everything looks ok. So! I've had 3 ultrasounds so far and expect many many more! Which is FINE with me!! My nerves are on edge right now, especially since I am sick (the symptoms that I had with Caden that caused the CMV). But, my doctor assured me today (again) that everything looks perfect and that the chances of having another baby with CMV are very, very slim. Still.....my mind will not be at peace until this precious baby is here, alive, and breathing in my arms. So, I have a LONG ~30 weeks ahead of me!! I would appreciate your prayers (as would my husband 'cause I know I am driving him nuts!). Well, that's it for Baby update #1! I go back to the doctor in 4 weeks and will update more then!!
